- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Good Quality Honey
- 1 cup Boiling Water
Add 1/2 tsp of Ground Cinnamon into a cup of boiling water
Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes until cool
Stir in 1 tsp of your favourite honey, mix well and enjoy!
