The Metabolism Booster
We’re starting off with a drink that prepares your body for the day ahead. Our cinnamon & honey tea helps to boost your metabolism and give you a much-needed natural release of energy. Research has shown that cinnamon can reduce belly fat, as it takes more energy for your body to process than other foods. Buzzing Electrolyte Drink
The Replenisher
This next recipe is fantastic for a multitude of applications. Without getting too involved in the science, electrolytes make our bodies’ cells and organs function correctly. You’ll probably recognise some of the individual electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and chloride. With that said, it’s vital that we replenish those electrolytes when we’re low, which happens when we exercise and we’re ill. Our Buzzing Electrolyte Drink is a deliciously natural way to replenish your body, whilst avoiding the artificial ingredients present in many shop bought beverages.
